These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SiteGradeAI. By creating an account, using a scan, or accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use SiteGradeAI.

SiteGradeAI provides website intelligence, technical audit, AI visibility, performance, accessibility, schema, content, trust, monitoring, and reporting features. Features may vary by plan, account type, region, or product stage. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Scores and recommendations are analytical estimates based on observable website signals. They are not guarantees of search rankings, AI citations, traffic, conversions, security, accessibility compliance, or business results.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for ensuring that people using your organization account are authorized to do so.

You may submit a website only when you have the right and permission to request the scan. You must not use SiteGradeAI to:

• scan systems without authorization, bypass access controls, or interfere with a website;
• violate a website's terms, privacy rights, robots directives, or applicable law;
• upload malware, credentials, payment data, or unlawful content;
• circumvent rate limits, report restrictions, plan limits, or access controls; or
• reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the service without written permission.

You retain rights to website URLs, organization content, and materials you submit. You grant SiteGradeAI the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, secure, display, and deliver that content as part of the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service, provided it does not identify you or expose confidential report content.

Report previews, full reports, private links, and delivery timing may be subject to review, plan limits, account status, or availability. SiteGradeAI may rely on hosting, infrastructure, email, analytics, and other third-party providers. Their services may have separate terms and availability limitations.

Paid features, if offered, are billed according to the plan and billing information shown at purchase. Taxes, renewals, credits, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to the applicable order or billing terms. Free features may have usage limits and may be changed or withdrawn.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteGradeAI is provided on an as-available and as-is basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every purpose. You remain responsible for decisions made using scan results and for verifying recommendations before implementation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteGradeAI and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any aggregate direct liability will be limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law does not permit that limitation.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, address non-payment, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue, including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
